Gold Ticket Tournament Program

American Legends Park is proud to announce the Gold Ticket Tournament Voucher Program. Select tournaments across the country will be taking part in this program and rewarding each winning team (8U / 9U / 10U and 11U) with $2,500 Gold Ticket Vouchers that are redeemable toward the cost of one of our weeklong tournaments during our inaugural 2011 season.

If your tournament would like to be considered for the Gold Ticket Tournament program please contact American Legends Park at 877-995-3436.

Details of program:

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions
• Vouchers are not transferrable to other teams
• Vouchers do not have any cash value

American Legends will supply accepted tournaments with the following:

• Promote tournament on American Legends website
  • Display tournament logo
  • List contact information (name, phone, e-mail)
  • List tournament date and location
  • List tournament website
• Showcase winners in each age group on American Legends website
• Provide PDF file of "Giant" Gold Ticket Tournament Voucher
• Provide each winner with an actual $2,500 Gold Ticket Tournament Voucher

Tournaments responsibilities:

• Provide contact information of registered teams in the age groups taking part
  • Coaches name, phone, e-mail & physical address
• Promote American Legends "Gold Ticket Tournament Program" on tournament website
• Provide link from tournament website to American Legends website
• Display American Legends logo on tournament website
• Provide pictures of winning teams receiving their "Giant" Gold Ticket Tournament Voucher
  • Submit within 3 days of tournament completion to post on American Legends website
• Print "Giant" Gold Ticket League Champion Voucher" - PDF and size specification provided
• Allow American Legends Park to display at tournament

Gold Ticket Tournament Vouchers are good for 60 days after winning. Teams must submit a pre-registration form to American Legends within the 60 days in order to take advantage of the $2,500 discount voucher. Pre-registration is a non-binding agreement. Each team's first deposit of $1,000 is due no later than October 29, 2010. All other payments follow standard payment policies.
